1. 1 Pursuant to Section 5.4 of the Cumberland County Government Charter, established in November 2010, which provides for the establishment of a Cumberland County Finance Committee, municipal officers interested in representing their Cumberland County Commissioner District are invited to attend the Finance Committee Caucus to fill vacancies on the Finance Committee. The caucus will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at the Cumberland County Administrative Offices, 27 Northport Drive, Portland, Maine 04103, in the First Floor Conference Room.
