A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE 2013 APPROVED SUBREGION 5 MASTER PLAN AND SECTIONAL MAP AMENDMENT - SECTIONAL MAP AMENDMENT - APPROVAL for the purpose of approving, with revisions based on the joint public hearing record of testimony, as an Act of the County Council of Prince George’s County, Maryland sitting as the District Council for that part of the Maryland-Washington Regional District in Prince George’s County, the Subregion 5 Sectional Map Amendment (SMA), thereby setting forth and adopting detailed zoning proposals for the Subregion 5 area, comprised of portions of Planning Areas 81A, 81B, 83, 84 and 85A, an area including the portions of the unincorporated communities of Clinton, Tippett, Accokeek, and Brandywine.
