A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE MINOR PLAN AMENDMENT TO 2013 APPROVED SUBREGION 5 MASTER PLAN AND SECTIONAL MAP AMENDMENT - APPROVAL for the purpose of approving, as an Act of the County Council of Prince George’s County, Maryland sitting as the District Council for that part of the Maryland-Washington Regional District in Prince George’s County, the Minor Plan Amendment to the 2013 Approved Subregion 5 Master Plan and Sectional Map Amendment, thereby approving a new vision to guide growth and redevelopment within the Planning Areas 81A, 81B, 83, 84 and 85A, including the portions of the unincorporated communities of Clinton, Tippett, Accokeek, and Brandywine.
