A RESOLUTION CONCERNING CONTRACT APPROVALS for the purpose of approving, pursuant to Section 819 of the Charter for Prince George's County, Maryland, multiyear contract modifications, described in Attachment A, each exercising an available option year and raising the aggregate contract ceiling to an amount in excess of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00), for snow and ice control services; and approving, pursuant to Section 819 of the Charter, increased funding for multiyear contracts for transportation services described in Attachment B, for which previously approved funding is insufficient to meet Fiscal Year 2027 requirements.
