A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISE PRIME CONTRACTOR INITIATIVE for the purpose of encouraging the establishment of a pilot cohort program to support the development and advancement of County Based Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontractors into prime contractors on construction projects by providing targeted training, technical assistance, mentorship, and access to procurement and contract opportunities in partnership with the Economic Development Corporation (EDC), the Office of Central Services, and the Office of Procurement.
