A RESOLUTION CONCERNING JUDICIAL TRAINING ON CHILD CUSTODY CASES INVOLVING CHILD ABUSE OR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE for the purpose of urging judges and magistrates who preside over child custody cases in Prince George’s County courts to regularly review and ensure compliance with the latest training programs regarding child custody cases involving child abuse or domestic violence offered by the Judicial College of Maryland and relevant state initiatives, pursuant to the Annotated Code of Maryland, Family Law Article Section 9-101.3 and emphasizing the critical importance of continuing education in these matters.
