A RESOLUTION CONCERNING AMENDMENT OF SECTION 602, CHARTER OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY for the purpose of proposing an amendment to Section 602 of the Charter of Prince George's County to grant the County Purchasing Agent full signature authority to execute all contracts, agreements, and purchase orders; to remove the reference to the disposition of certain supplies, materials and equipment; to provide for programs involving joint or cooperative purchasing with other public entities; and generally regarding County procurement.
