A RESOLUTION CONCERNING AMENDMENT OF SECTION 305, CHARTER OF PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY for the purpose of proposing an amendment to Section 305 of the Charter of Prince George's County to provide that if the Council passes a law to change the decennial redistricting plan proposed by the Redistricting Commission, such law to adopt its own decennial redistricting plan shall be by bill and not by resolution; and generally regarding redistricting.
