A RESOLUTION CONCERNING JUVENILE AND MINOR CURFEW ZONES for the purpose of authorizing the Police Chief to create and enforce zones within the County with a more restrictive juvenile or minor curfew at the request of commercial property owners, subject to certain conditions.
