AN ACT CONCERNING TRANSFER OF ENFORCEMENT FUNCTIONS TO THE OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY for the purpose of amending several provisions of the County Code to transfer certain responsibilities and functions from the Department of Permitting, Inspections, and Enforcement to the Office of Homeland Security. To increase fines and penalties for prohibited acts or violations of the County Code.
