AN ACT CONCERNING SHOVEL-READY AND PERMIT-READY EMPLOYMENT SITES PORTFOLIO for the purpose of authorizing the County to identify, prepare, and certify a portfolio of priority employment sites as “Shovel-Ready and Permit-Ready,” including completion of advance zoning, environmental, utility, broadband, transportation, and permitting review to facilitate rapid employer investment; creating regulations and standards; and generally regarding employment sites in the County.
