AN ACT CONCERNING SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY - AFFORDABLE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT for the purpose of requiring an evaluation of County-owned surplus property for suitability for development as elderly or affordable housing; requiring the determination to be submitted to the County Council with the annual inventory of surplus property; requiring that certain economic development projects that include residential units and that involve the disposition of county surplus property provide a certain percentage of affordable housing units; and generally relating to the sale, lease, or other disposition of County property.
