AN ACT CONCERNING SALE OF TOBACCO PRODUCTS - CONVENIENCE STORES for the purpose of prohibiting the sale or distribution of tobacco products, tobacco smoking accessories, and electronic cigarettes in convenience stores, food and beverage stores, and grocery stores of a certain size; adding certain definitions; increasing penalties for violations of the law; and generally relating to the sale or distribution of tobacco products.
