AN ACT CONCERNING UNIVERSAL DESIGN FOR HOUSING for the purpose of revising and adding certain definitions; providing for certain exemptions; making technical corrections to existing County universal design for housing law; providing for the applicability of provisions of this Act; providing for certain exemptions; providing for certain universal design element requirements for certain multifamily dwelling property; providing for revisions to a certain waiver provision; providing for revisions to certain penalty provisions; and generally regarding universal design for housing in the County.
