AN ACT CONCERNING WEEDS AND CONSERVATION LANDSCAPING for the purpose of amending the Housing Code of Prince George’s County regarding the definition of weeds and Conservation Landscaping; amending the property standards and maintenance Code provisions regarding the definition of weeds and Conservation Landscaping; amending the antilitter and weed ordinance regarding the definition of weeds and Conservation Landscaping; providing for voluntary registration, certification, and signage identifying low-impact and conservation landscaping and the evidentiary effect thereof; providing for certain abandoned vehicles in a certain definition; and generally regarding weeds and Conservation Landscaping.
