AN ACT CONCERNING TREE CANOPY COVERAGE ORDINANCE for the purpose of revising the existing applicability language, requiring a certain grandfather provision, revising the tree canopy coverage requirements, revising the credit and security requirements, and adding the Planning Director to those that can issue waivers.
