AN ACT CONCERNING THE BOARD OF APPEALS COMPOSITION AND SALARY REVISION for the purpose of decreasing the composition of the Board of Appeals, increasing the monthly salary rate for each member of the Board of Appeals and the additional annual salary rate for the Chairman of the Board of Appeals.
