AN ACT CONCERNING THE PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY STREET VENDING PILOT PROGRAM for the purpose of requiring the Department of Permitting, Inspection and Enforcement, Economic Development Corporation and Health Department to develop a regulatory program on certain streets in Prince George’s County where street vending is allowed and a simplified and less cumbersome regulatory process while balancing legitimate health concerns for street foods. This pilot will develop a safe and regulated environment for street vending in Prince George’s County.
