Motion:<span style="margin-left:.25in;"><em>I move that the City Council approve an exception to the City's current hiring restriction and authorize the recruitment and fill the 11 Department of Public Works positions identified in the August 18, 2026 draft organizational chart and the vacant City Clerk position, subject to verification of available appropriations and completion of the City's standard hiring process.
