- 5:35PM PUBLIC HEARING to solicit public comment on Ordinance Number 850, which proposes a series of amendments to Chapter 28 of the Town Code (Zoning) and one amendment to Chapter 25 of the Town Code (Subdivision). Additionally, the Council will hear comments on Ordinance Number 851, a separate proposed amendment to the Zoning Code, which would revise the Town’s Planned Redevelopment Overlay District by collectively clarifying and establishing a process outlining the thresholds of development types and intensities which can be reviewed administratively, by the Planning Commission, or, by implication, are not permitted through the PR process.
