- Order 28,136 - authorizing Special Taxing District residential exemptions for 55 Baltimore Street for the 26-27 Tax Year in the amount of $1,067.72
- Order 28,143 - approving the sole source award to Shaffer Construction Co. Inc. for the milling and paving of 656 SY of Bond Street in the amount not to exceed $44,849.76

- Order 28,144 - authorizing the Mayor to concur with the opinion of the Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) recommending the nomination of the Downtown Cumberland Historic District Boundary Expansion as approved on September 9, 2026 by the HPC and execute all documents necessary
- Order 28,141 - approving the sole source award to Keystone Lime Co. Inc. for the Wills Creek Avenue and Sedgewick Street Paving Project (City Project 2026-10-PVG) for the milling and paving of approximately 3,175 SY of the approach streets of Wills Creek Avenue and Sedgewick Street to the development paving for the Village at Campobello's in the amount not to exceed $69,059
- Order 28,137 - authorizing the Chief of Police to accept the FY27 SRO/Adequate Coverage Grant made available through the Maryland Center for School Safety in the amount not to exceed $49,224 to cover overtime salaries for School Resource Officers to provide adequate coverage in and around the assigned schools within the jurisdiction of the Cumberland Police Department, for the period July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

- Resolution No. 2026-09 (<em>1 reading only</em>) - granting the Cumberland Outdoor Club a property tax credit for tax years 2026-2027 pursuant to Section 9-302(f) of the Tax Property Article of the Annotated Code of Maryland
- Ordinance 4068 (<em>2nd and 3rd readings</em>) - enacting Article VI of Chapter 15 of the City Code (Sections 15-100 to 15-110) to regulate filming, television production, motion picture production, commercial photography and related activities occurring on public property within the City of Cumberland, establishing a permit requirement and fees and recovery of municipal costs, and establishing enforcement provisions
