1. Replacement of one Xtreme Vac LCT600 (#396)The adopted FY2026 budget includes $72,000 for replacing Unit #396, an Xtreme Vac LCT600 used by the Parks and Grounds Division. Staff have identified Virginia Sheriff’s Association Contract #26-07-0711 with Infrastructure Solutions Group, Inc. of Mechanicsville, VA, as an available piggyback contract to make the purchase for $69,454.00. As provided in Section 62 of the City Charter, this will serve as the required seven (7) day notice of intent to issue a purchase order to Infrastructure Solutions Group, Inc. of Mechanicsville, VA, in the amount of $69,454.00.
