1. Multi-Function Printer Purchase – Information TechnologyThe FY26 Budget contains funding for replacement printers. The Information Technology Department evaluated the existing fleet of printers and determined that six multi-function printers should be replaced. The City will utilize the Fairfax County Contract #4400012320 to purchase Konica Minolta printers from Konica Minolta Business Solutions for a total cost of $54,000.00. As provided by Section 62 of the City Charter, this will serve as the required seven-day notice of intent to issue a purchase order to Konica Minolta Business Solutions for $54,000.00.
