- 6 Rental Dwellings – Pricing Algorithm Use – Disclosure FOR the purpose of requiring a landlord to disclose certain information regarding rental fees to current and prospective tenants; defining certain terms, establishing certain penalties; and granting the Department of Housing and Community Development authority to promulgate certain rules and regulations.
- 7 Sale of Property – 221-233 N Gay Street, 300 N Front Street, 320 N Front Street, and 332 N Front Street FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is located at 221-233 N Gay Street (Block 1306C, Lot 23), 300 N Front Street (Block 1306C, Lot 11), 320 N Front Street (Block 1306C, Lot 14), and 332 N Front Street (Block 1306C, Lot 18) and is no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
- 8 Vacant Land Use & Resident-Led Solutions For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders, to review and discuss the uses and opportunities that vacant properties can contribute to. Topics will include, but are not limited to: Community-led reuse, greening, stewardship, urban agriculture, & land trusts.
- 9 Code Enforcement & Inspector Accountability For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders to review and conduct oversight on the Code Enforcement process in the City Of Baltimore. This will include accountability of Code Inspectors, the consistency with which the code is enforced, hearing about working conditions, staffing constraints and other concerns.
