7. 7 Sale of Property – 221-233 N Gay Street, 300 N Front Street, 320 N Front Street, and 332 N Front Street FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain property that is located at 221-233 N Gay Street (Block 1306C, Lot 23), 300 N Front Street (Block 1306C, Lot 11), 320 N Front Street (Block 1306C, Lot 14), and 332 N Front Street (Block 1306C, Lot 18) and is no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date. 26-0162

9. 9 Code Enforcement & Inspector Accountability For the purpose of: calling relevant City Agencies and Representatives, as well as 3rd party stakeholders to review and conduct oversight on the Code Enforcement process in the City Of Baltimore.
