Legislative Oversight - Underground Infrastructure Safety For the purpose of inviting relevant city agencies & utility providers including but not limited to the Baltimore City Fire Department, Department of Public Works, Department of Transportation, Office of Emergency Management, Baltimore Gas and Electric, Comcast, Verizon, and Vicinity Energy to discuss the safety of Baltimore's underground conduit system in response to ongoing underground fires.
