Department of Housing and Community Development For the purpose of inviting representatives from the Department of Housing and Community Development to give a status report for the Agency’s 1st quarter financial performance for Fiscal Year 2025. In addition, the Department should come prepared to update the Council about the following: · Its progress on staffing and vacancies · Buy into Baltimore (Fixed Pricing Strategy/Program) · The Affordable Housing Trust Fund · HUD Home Program, and · PILOTS and TIFs
