Legislative Oversight - Opioids, Harm Reduction, and Overdose Prevention Hearing For the purpose of inviting representatives from the Baltimore City Fire Department, the Baltimore Police Department, the Office of Emergency Management, the Baltimore City Health Department, the Baltimore City State’s Attorney’s Office, the Maryland Department of Health, U.S. Attorney for the District of Maryland, and advocates on this issue to discuss opioid use and overdose statistics in Baltimore and to devise pragmatic public health-centered solutions to this city and nationwide crisis.
