School Safety and At-Risk Youth Placement For the purpose of holding an oversight hearing regarding school safety for students, faculty, and staff and placement of at-risk youth within the Baltimore City Public School System. To increase responsiveness to recent incidents of violence and bullying among students, and the School District's response and plans to be proactive with at-risk students.
