Charter Amendment – Inspector General – Custodian of Records FOR the purpose of designating the Inspector General as a custodian of agency records under certain circumstances; providing constructive supervisory authority to the Inspector General under certain circumstances; and submitting this amendment to the qualified voters of the City for adoption or rejection.
