Sale of Properties – 2840 and 2842 Sisson Street FOR the purpose of authorizing the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore to sell, at either public or private sale, all its interest in certain properties that are located at 2840 Sisson Street (Block 3642D, Lot 006B) and 2842 Sisson Street (Block 3642D, Lot 006) and are no longer needed for public use; and providing for a special effective date.
