Residential Property Wholesalers - The Do Not Call Act For the purpose of requiring a person to obtain a license to act as a residential property wholesaler; defining certain terms; providing for the denial, suspension, or revocation of a residential property wholesaler license under certain circumstances; providing for judicial and appellate review of an administrative decision related to a residential property wholesaler license; imposing certain penalties; establishing protections to homeowners from certain solicitations; providing for a special effective date; and generally relating to the regulation of residential property wholesalers.
