The Displaced Member Group of the Old Fourth Ward of Annapolis For the purpose of the Annapolis City Council expressing its regret to families of the Old Fourth Ward who were displaced from their homes, businesses, and community by the City of Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, and the State of Maryland urban renewal construction projects between 1950 and 2021.
