Clearing Sidewalks of Snow, Sleet, and Ice - Deadlines, Enforcement, and City Clearing For the purpose of changing the time allowed to clear snow, sleet, and ice from sidewalks after a weather event ends; requiring a Public Works inspector to post a notice of violation and that a citation for a municipal infraction may be issued; authorizing the Director of Public Works to clear a sidewalk that remains uncleared and charge the owner of the abutting property a snow-clearing fee; and generally relating to the clearing of snow, sleet, and ice from sidewalks.
