Electronic Parking Tickets and Parking Charges in City Garages For the purpose of clarifying that parking citations are not limited to paper notices placed on vehicles; eliminating the time limit on how long vehicles may be parked in City parking garages; charging vehicles for every hour they are parked in the garage; and generally dealing with parking in the City of Annapolis.
