1. To conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel or to conduct collective bargaining sessions or contract negotiations with non-union personnel (City Manager Salary)
2. First Reading on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $911,900 is appropriated to pay construction and construction administration costs of How Park Phase I, as more fully described in the City's Fiscal Year 2026 through 2030 Capital Improvement Plan, including all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
3.
