2. Public Hearing and Vote on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $750,000 is appropriate to pay costs of purchasing a fire engine for the Fire Department, as more fully described in the City's Fiscal Year 2027 through 2031 Capital Improvement Plan, and the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1 ), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
