- <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="font-size: 11pt;" data-pasted="true">Authorization for the City Manager to enter into an Intermunicipal Agreement of Five Years for access to the Watertown "Buy-Down" Data Model developed as part of the Affordable Housing Incentives Study.
- First Reading on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $2,600,000 is appropriated to pay costs of performing infiltration and inflow reduction and sewer rehabilitation in connection with the sanitary sewer Capital Improvement Plan in the Project 5 area, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto; that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), M.G.L. c.44, §8(14) and/or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor; that the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow all or a po1tion . of such amount from the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (the "Authority") pursuant to the Authority's Infiltration/Inflow Local Financial Assistance Program and in connection therewith to enter into a loan agreement and/or financial assistance agreement with the Authority and otherwise to contract with the Authority with respect to such loan and for any grants or aid available for the project or for the financing thereof; and that the City Manager is authorized to accept and expend any grants or aid available for the project or for the financing thereof, provided that the amount of the authorized borrowing for the project shall be reduced by the amount of any such grants or aid received.
- First Reading on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $2,651,000 is appropriated to pay costs of water system improvements in connection with the water distribution Capital Improvement Plan, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, Sections 7 and/or 8 or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor; that the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow all or a portion of such amount from the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (the "Authority") pursuant to the Authority's Local Water System Assistance Program (L WSAP) and in connection therewith to enter into a loan agreement and/or financial assistance agreement with the Authority and otherwise to contract with the Authority with respect to such loan and for any grants or aid available for the project or for the financing thereof; and that the City Manager is authorized to accept and expend any grants or aid available for the project or for the financing thereof, provided that the amount of the authorized borrowing for the project shall be reduced by the amount of any such grants or aid received.
- Clerical Correction to the Municipal Charges Lien Order
- First Reading on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $780,000 is appropriated to pay costs of the design, construction and oversight of sewer system improvements, as more fully described in Line 12 of the City’s Fiscal Year 2027 through 2031 Capital Improvement Program Water/Sewer Funds, and the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1) and/or §8(14), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor; and that the City Manager is authorized to accept and expend any grants or aid available for the project or for the financing thereof, provided that the amount of the authorized borrowing for the project shall be reduced by the amount of any such grants or aid received.
- Resolution Approving the Reallotment of ARPA Funds in the amount of $427,564.26 from the Cottage Street Water Main and Sewer Relining Project to Hydrant Replacements
