Meet in executive session for an update on a significant Appellate Tax Board matter currently pending before the City as well as the status of the Memorandum of Agreement with the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe. This meeting will be held in executive session pursuant to MGL c. 30A, § 21(A)(3): “to discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares”.
