Meet in executive session with the Law Department to discuss pending litigation pursuant to MGL Ch 30A § 21(A) (3) "To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares."
3. Meet with the Department of Public Works to discuss water and sewer rates
4. Meet with Board members of Leisurewoods Taunton Homeowners Association Inc. regarding rental issues.
