1. Ordered: In accordance with City Ordinance Chapter 38 and the City of Salem Outdoor Dining Policy, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Solicitor to prepare a license agreement to allow the businesses set forth below to occupy city property for outdoor dining. Such approval is subject to any limitations or conditions required of the Disability Commission, Redevelopment Authority, Design Review Board and Licensing Board.
