  1. The following Order was submitted by James Wellock, City Solicitor regarding and exemption to MGL Ch. 268A, Sec. 20(d) for Sara Moore<br><br><strong>Ordered:</strong> In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 268A, Section 20(d) the City Council hereby acknowledges receipt of the disclosure of Sara Moore, a member of the Board of Health and special municipal employee, and approves the request for exemption allowing her to enter into a contract with the Health Department to undertake a community food assessment for the Salem Food Policy Council.
  2. <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true"><strong>Ordered:</strong> The Mayor is hereby authorized, on behalf of the City of Salem, to enter into and be bound by the Project Scope and Budget Agreement for the High School Project between the Salem School District and the Massachusetts School Building Authority and any amendments thereto.
  3. The second passage of a Bond Order for Fiscal Year 2027 Water and Sewer CIP in the amount of $7,660,000.00
  4. The second passage of a Bond Order for Fiscal Year 2027 General Fund CIP in the amount of $7,862,000.00
  5. <p data-pasted="true"><strong>ORDERED: </strong>That the Committee of the Whole meet to discuss the City Council Standing Committees in order to evaluate changes to better align official and unofficial council procedures with the responsibilities of the Council.
