- ORDERED: The Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into an Easement Agreement by and between the City of Salem and South River Partnership LLC as described in the attached Agreement and shown on a plan entitled “Easement Plan 315 Derby Street, Salem prepared for South River Partnership LLC,” dated June 18, 2026, also attached hereto. This Agreement terminates the Grant of Easement by and between the City of Salem and Beverly Cooperative Bank.
- <p style="margin-left:0in;" data-pasted="true"><strong>ORDERED: </strong>That the sum of Thirty Eight Thousand One Hundred Seventeen Dollars and Eighty-Nine Cents ($38,117.89) be hereby appropriated from the Golf Course “Receipts Reserved for Appropriation” account (Fund 2436) and transferred to the following Park & Rec – Golf Course account below for the purchase of HD300 Select Spray Equipment in accordance with the recommendation of His Honor the Mayor. Description Amount Golf Course-Equipment (16512-5860) $38,117.89 Total $38,117.89
