Motion presented by Council President Zambuto: That the City Council discontinue the practice of utilizing the Police Department to hand-deliver hard copy Council packets to Councillor's homes. Hard-copy packets will remain available for pick-up in the City Clerk's Office for those Councillors who still wish to receive a hard-copy in addition to receiving the packet via email.
