Motion presented by Councillor Guarino-Sawaya: That the Mayor request the appropriate department to work with local retailers to establish a program for the prompt retrieval of abandoned shopping carts throughout the city, particularly in residential neighborhoods, parks, wetlands, and along roadways, and begin enforcement with removal and retailer responsibilities.
