Motion presented by Councillor Guarino-Sawaya: That the Mayor request the Department of Planning and Development, in coordination with relevant City departments, to establish a Housing Impact Monitoring Program that provides an annual public report on housing development, MBTA Communities Act compliance, and impacts on schools, infrastructure, utilities, public safety, and emergency services. The report shall include recommendations for zoning, infrastructure, or planning adjustments and be presented annually to the City Council and posted on the City’s website. Further, that this motion be referred to the Planning Board for review and recommendation.
