- Appointment of Dan Doherty, 19 Elliott Street, as an Associate Member of the Conservation Commission, said term to expire the last day of February 2027. Mr. Doherty replaces Cole Lepler who has resigned.
- Appointment of Kim LaFontana, 11 Pilgrim Road, to the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building Trustees, to fulfill the term of Mary Sexton; said term to expire the last day of February 2028.
- Reappointment of John J. Higgins, Jr., 47 Malvern Street, to the position of Constable for a three-year term to expire the first Monday in March, 2029.
- Reappointment of Michael Margolis, 22 Stowecroft Road, to the Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Building Trustees for a three-year term; said term to expire on the last day of February 2029.
- Requesting the Appropriation of $2,976,462 which includes $115,000 previously appropriated for the Feasibility and Schematic Design Cost on December 1, 2025 for the purpose of paying costs of installing a new roofing system for the Learning Commons at Melrose High School.
- Notification to residents of Melrose that there will be a State Election held on November 3, 2026 at the Melrose Middle/High School Gymnasium from 7am to 8pm
- Authorization to Acquire two Parcels of land- G7 0 111 and G7 0 112- located in the City of Melrose, at their assessed value, to be used for stormwater management, using funds made available through the City’s FEMA Building Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (BRIC) grant.
