9. 9 The License Committee will meet with the owner of AGM Auto Sales for an update to any changes that may have taken place due to the Planning Board public hearing on their special permit for 160 Eastern Avenue as well as compliance and parking arrangements. Committee will also discuss possible extension of the Class II license granted conditionally November 25, 2025 and expiring March 31, 2026.

11. 11 The License Committee will meet to discuss the conditional Class II license granted to Maxima Auto Sales of 77 Broadway on December 16, 2025 and expiring March 31, 2026 to allow for the business to submit an updated plot to the Building Commissioner and a possible extension thereof.
