- 4 Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that the Code of the City of Malden (MCC) 12.12.030 USE REGULATIONS is hereby amended as follows:
- 5 Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that the Code of the City of Malden (MCC) Title 2, Chapter 24 is hereby amended by adding Section .075 ASSISTANT DEPARTMENT HEAD SALARY SCHEDULE and inserting the following positions:

- 7 As a result of ongoing discussions regarding zoning amendments in Papers 335, 335A, and 337, Councillor Winslow will introduce the option of drafting new papers to consider additional use regulation updates and/or dimensional controls necessary to Title 12. Subject matter may include, but may not be limited to, Motel-Hotel, Supermarket, and Restaurant zoning.
