Be it ordained by the Malden City Council that the Code of the City of Malden (MCC) 12.32.060 DEFINITIONS - ZONING is hereby amended by adding under Paragraph B: Retail Car Wash: An establishment operating a facility that provides motor vehicle washing, vacuuming, or cleaning service to the public using either automatic, manual, or self-service methods. A Retail Car Wash establishment does not include establishments that perform vehicle washing, vacuum, and cleaning services in association with Vehicle Sales or Rental facilities or as a courtesy by Motor Vehicle Repair Shops to vehicles being repaired.
