Order: That the Malden City Council adopts the Comprehensive Emergency Management Plan 2024 Update, established by the Malden Emergency Management Team outlining concept of operations and coordination of Malden’s Emergency Operations Center. When activated during an emergency situation, the CEMP authorizes respective departments and/or agencies to execute their responsibilities demonstrated in the plan, on behalf of the City of Malden.
